Cancellation terms for NVTTI courses and enrollment

At NVTTI Program, we aim to provide a fair and transparent process for students enrolling in our specialized IT courses. This cancellation policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations can be made, and the steps involved in the process.

خوش آمدید نیشنل ووکیشنل اینڈ ٹیکنیکل ٹریننگ انیشی ایٹو (NVTTI) میں۔ ہم اپنے خصوصی آئی ٹی کورسز میں داخلہ لینے والے طلباء کے لیے ایک منصفانہ اور شفاف عمل فراہم کرنے کے لیے پرعزم ہیں۔ یہ کینسلیشن پالیسی ان شرائط کو واضح کرتی ہے جن کے تحت کینسلیشن کی جا سکتی ہے، اور اس عمل میں شامل اقدامات۔

1. Cancellation Process (کینسلیشن کا عمل)

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must submit a formal cancellation request. This includes:

Sending an email to our support team at enquiries.department@nvtti.pk.
Providing your enrollment details, such as course name and registration number.
Reason for cancellation (optional but helpful for process improvement).

اگر آپ اپنے اندراج کو منسوخ کرنا چاہتے ہیں، تو آپ کو ایک باقاعدہ کینسلیشن درخواست جمع کرانی ہوگی۔ اس میں شامل ہیں:

2. Cancellation Timeframe (کینسلیشن کے لیے وقت کا تعین)

Cancellations are processed immediately upon receipt of your cancellation request. Please note that cancellations can only be processed under specific conditions outlined below.

3. Refund Policy for Cancellations (کینسلیشن کے لیے ریفنڈ پالیسی)

Refunds for cancellations are available under the following conditions:

If the student has not received access to the course materials after payment.
If the student has not received their LMS login credentials after payment.

4. Grounds for Rejection (رد کرنے کی وجوہات)

Cancellation requests may be rejected for the following reasons:

If course materials or LMS credentials have already been provided to the student.
If the student has started participating in the course.
