Refund terms for our vocational and technical training programs

Welcome to the National Vocational & Technical Training Initiative (NVTTI). This Refund Policy outlines the conditions and procedures under which a refund can be requested for our vocational and technical training programs.

خوش آمدید نیشنل ووکیشنل اینڈ ٹیکنیکل ٹریننگ انیشی ایٹو (NVTTI) میں۔ یہ ریفنڈ پالیسی ان شرائط و ضوابط کو واضح کرتی ہے جن کے تحت ہمارے تربیتی پروگرامز کے لیے ریفنڈ کی درخواست کی جا سکتی ہے۔

1. Eligibility for Refund (ریفنڈ کے لیے اہلیت)

Refunds are applicable under specific circumstances, such as non-receipt of access to the learning platform after payment. Requests must be accompanied by valid proof.

Payment made for the program, but login credentials for the learning portal were not provided.
Valid refund request submitted with evidence such as payment receipts or communication records.

ریفنڈ مخصوص حالات میں درخواست دی جا سکتی ہے جیسے ادائیگی کے بعد لرننگ پلیٹ فارم تک رسائی نہ ملنا۔ درخواست کے ساتھ درست ثبوت فراہم کرنا ضروری ہے۔

2. Refund Process (ریفنڈ کا عمل)

If the user meets the refund eligibility criteria, the process will include:

Verification of refund requests and evidence by NVTTI staff.
Processing refunds back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days upon successful verification.

اگر صارف ریفنڈ کے اہلیت کے معیار پر پورا اترتا ہے، تو عمل میں یہ شامل ہوگا۔

3. Non-Refundable Cases (غیر ریفنڈ ایبل کیسز)

Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

Login credentials for the LMS platform were provided successfully.
The user decides to discontinue the program after gaining access to the LMS platform.

4. Evidence Requirements (ثبوت کی ضروریات)

Users must provide the following evidence to initiate a refund:

Proof of payment (e.g., transaction receipt or bank statement).
Screenshots or emails showing non-receipt of login credentials.

صارفین کو ریفنڈ کی درخواست شروع کرنے کے لیے درج ذیل ثبوت فراہم کرنا ضروری ہے۔
